We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted at three key industry awards – Inside Housing Development Awards, Affordable Housing Awards and the APSE Service Awards.
The Inside Housing Development Awards recognises the teams, schemes and solutions that are striving towards more sustainable solutions and projects that put the needs of the communities they serve first as well as making a positive impact in communities across the UK.
We have been shortlisted for

- Best Development 100-500 homes for Ironworks
- Best Affordable Housing Development less than £20 million for Colville Road Phase 2
The APSE Service Awards celebrates excellence in local public services and have shortlisted our worth through Cambridge City Council in the following categories:
- Best Housing, Regeneration or New Build Initiative
- Best Collaborative Working Initiative
